Custom products cannot be purchased directly from the cart. They always follow this order: quote, digital proof, approval, payment, and production.

  1. Tell us your idea

    The item, quantity, your logo or sketch, and the date you need it.

  2. Quote and digital proof

    We send you the price and a digital proof of the design for you to review.

  3. Approval and payment

    Once you approve the proof and confirm the order, you pay, and we begin production.

  4. Production and shipping

    We inspect the batch, pack it, and ship it to your address.

Almost any. Vector files are ideal (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF). We also work with .PNG, .JPG, or .PSD, although some adjustments may be required.

Can you help me with the design?

Yes. The design is free once the order is confirmed, and we will advise you on adapting your idea to the product.

Can I combine several items with the same design?

Yes. Order them in the same request—for example, pins and lanyards for an event—and we will prepare a combined quote.

What is the difference between the product types?

Do you ship outside Spain?

What if the order arrives with a defect?

We inspect each batch before shipping. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, write to us immediately: we will review it and, if applicable, replace it or refund you.
